Digital Director – High Results

Currently, in addition to being a professor, I have been working since March 2021 with the communications agency High Result and in the PR Latam network (Latin American network made up of leading strategic communication and public relations agencies). My role as director involves supervising the fulfillment of the budget of the strategic digital business unit, carrying out the direction, approval and supervision of strategies, generation of content and digital campaigns for clients.

As a teacher I have had the opportunity to teach different subjects related to research and strategy in the Advertising Program, in addition to the technological and social challenges faced by current education, I had the opportunity to perform in different roles and generate contributions from different perspectives.

I was part of the team that handled the most important product of the company: prepaid internet, during my time at Tigo I assumed different challenges because the position implied a comprehensive view of the product having a responsibility for the different communication processes and departments involved, the main functions were to develop strategic and follow-up actions for the growth of the products nationwide, make launches and training to the sales force nationwide, develop actions that would allow the growth of sales of products in the various channels of the company, management of internal and external communication of the product.
